These panties are very lightweight ans soft. You almost feel like you are not wearing anything. They do offer full coverage of all my pieces and parts. They are more of a high waist then a hipster but not like a full on brief.. These do have a lined crotch. I am not sure how the cotton panel is put in, if it is like a iron on or if it is glued. There is no raised area like a glue so I guess it is ironed on. There is no seem for it to be sewn on. These are cute as well. The leg area is a scalloped edge. There is no seam and no elastic bands around the legs. There is also no elastic band at the waist.
