I am a crafter not an artist, but I do use a lot of paint in my crafts. I like my crafts to have that professional look to them so do not like using cheaply made paints. I am very happy with the paints in this set. The colors are all rich and vibrant. They really stand out in my projects. There are 24 colors inn the set. Each tube holds 12 mL (0.4 oz) of paint. The paints are great even if I water them down a little. I have not noticed the pain to dry in weird ways with cracks or air bubbles. They do dry very quickly as well. I also love that these are non toxic just in case one of the kids to get a hold to them I don't have to worry about running to the hospital. Clean up has been very easy with these paints as well. I just use a damp cloth to clean up an drips or spills and warm water on my brushes. These paints would be good for any one, beginner to professional.
