I am loving this shoe closet. Granted I am not using it for shoes but it is still great. I put this in the play room and filled it full of the storage cubes and it has proved invaluable for holding small toys, and keeping the play room in a more organized fashion. I love that this zippers closed when not in use but also the flaps roll up and out of the way when being used. The flaps pretty much stay open but looks great either way. The shelves are actually quite sturdy even though they are made of cloth. The metal bars keep them pulled tightly. I did decide after putting this together to leave one of the shelves out and it still works great. Leaving the one shelf out did not hurt the stability at all. This is a very light weight unit. I can lift it with one hand when it is empty. It was pretty easy to put together. This comes with an instruction sheet but I pretty much looked at just the full picture of it and we went from there. This is a great item and could be used for so many things. I am thinking of purchasing a couple more, and one may actually even be used for shoes.
