Hair Straightener Brush from Oak Leaf

 Before

 after

My hair is a disaster. It is thick, curly, frizzy, and very coarse. I have used hair straighteners and they do tend to make my hair to straight and it only last for a little bit before my Shirley Temple curls take back over. I cannot use a hair dryer or I will have a afro of frizz. So when I was offered this Hair straightener brush I decided to give it a shot. When the brush arrived I looked at it and was expecting hair brush style bristles instead they are more like small plates. I plugged the brush in and turned it on in about 90 seconds it was up to temp. I started running it through my hair and thought well this isn't working like I had hoped, it still left my hair kind of frizzy and wavy. When I was finished I ran my regular hair brush through and was surprised it actually did work. It left my hair looking a whole lot more natural then the flat iron. My hair was not totally flat and straight it did still have some wave to it was under control and not a lot of frizz left either. It really doesn't take much longer to look great then to just brush my hair with a regular hair brush. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy.

I received this product free in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.
