This is a very nice cushion. It really does give you that extra bit of comfort but also holds your body in the position it was meant to be in to help relieve the stress we all put on our bodies.
The only problem I have with it is the material on the top of the cushion is a little rough when setting on it in shorts. It is fine when you have pants or a skirt on that covers the cushion but setting bare legged on it kind of digs and is stratchy to my legs. Other then that it is very comfortable to me.
It is very thick unlike some of the other memory foam pads I have seen and used. There is an opening in the center which would be great for hemorrhoids. It is raised in the center front between the leg area and raised also at the back producing almost a bowl like effect for your bottom.
The pad is about 18 inches wide, 15 inches from front to back, and about 5 inches thick at it's thickest point. This is a great cushion for chairs or in cars. This will also lift you up if your chair is too low for your desk. I do spend a lot of time setting at my desk and this cushion as made it more comfortable.
