This is a forehead thermometer. So you do not have to worry about passing around germs by using a oral thermometer. This features a High-definition LED large screen display. The screen is very easy to read. You can even read it in the dark. It has a fever warning alarm, so it beeps if you have a fever. It has a temperature log. It can save your measurement values well. Convenient for comparison. This is designed with the latest thermopile sensor technology.

I like that it can take your temperature from 3 centimetres away so you don't have to physically touch your skin to get a reading. It will read your temperature in 1 second. So very fast. The thermometer is very light weight and a little on the small side compared to a lot of infared thermometers.

Sinocare new model Blood pressure monitor

I have high blood pressure so I check myself regularly. I need a a good monitor that is accurate. I have been using this monitor from Sinocare for about a week now and have had no problems at all. When I first got it I check my blood pressure with my old monitor and then with this one and they were exact.

A couple of the features are it talks to you. It tells you to remain seated and not to talk. When it is done it tells you your results. This is awesome for someone who cannot see very well. It also has a logging system built in. You can go back through and track your results for your personal use or to inform your health care professional. It has a nice velcro arm cuff that is comfortable on my arm. IT does not scratch or dig into my skin. There is a clear drawing on the arm cuff to show you where the tube needs to be to get accurate results.

This does come with the 4 AAA batteries needed to get started. They are folded up in the arm cuff, so you have to look for them. So as soon as this is delivered it is ready to plug the arm cuff into the rotating hole on the side of the machine, insert the batteries and you are ready to go.

With the Covid 19 Corona virus wreaking havoc everyone need an accurate and dependable thermometer. Even before the virus and long after I have always kept a thermometer in my home. You just never know when that slight cold can turn into a Doctor visit. This is actually a very nice thermometer. It comes with the batteries already installed and the thermometer is ready to use. The batteries are changeable so this is not a disposable thermometer. The thermometer comes in a very nice plastic case with a click top closure to keep the thermometer safe when not in use. You can easily switch the units between Fahrenheit and Celsius. The default setting is Fahrenheit. Just long press the ON/OFF button for 4 seconds to convert. It has a very nice LCD screen that can be easily read. Thermometer is waterproof even.

The thermometer can be used orally, rectally, and under the arm. You should always clean the thermometer by wiping it down with alcohol before each use. Just add a little alcohol to a cotton pad or ball, tissue, or even a cloth then rub it over the whole thermometer to sterilize it. I prefer to do this before and after each use.

Self-Suction Filtering Respirator Reusable N95 Mask

I am going to give this silicon self suctioning N95 mask 3 stars. It took a week to come to this decision. I was tossing around between 2 and 4. Hereis why. The mask is made of silicon, and fits well to my face with no manipulation. Just lace the string on and tighten it to fit your head. The string is very stretchy. I was easily about to double it so I could wear it across the top and the base of my head at the same time. I prefer to just wear it around my head above the ears and the mask stays on very well. The front part of the mask is a hard plastic, this is where you lace the string through and also where the replaceable filter it. It basically pops onto the silicon part of the mask. The mask itself is easily cleanable by just dropping the silicone part into boiling water. It does come with 2 of the cotton filter pads.

Now here is the part of this review I was tossing back and forth on. The mask is great it stays on well, but out of the package the chemical smell is so strong after just a few seconds my sinuses were freaking out. I couldn't stand the smell. I did set it on a shelf and let it air for most of a week and the smell does dissipate pretty well, but I cannot wear it for long periods.

The mask comes with 2 of the replaceable filters, The website says it comes with 2 at the top and 10 in the product description. I have looked and so far have not been able to find more replacements for the mask.

The packaging is nice it is a plastic zip top baggie, with a foil look inside. All of the writing on the package is in Chinese I believe it is. So the instructions I cannot read. There are 4 small pictures to give you and idea, plus the mask is pretty much self explanatory to begin with. But I would like to be able to read how long to boil the mask, how long to use the filters and things like that. There was a small card inside written in English but it was not indepth at all.

The next thing it says that it is not sold in the US, so most of you reading this will not be able to purchase one.

It does seem like a very good mask, it is comfortable to wear too.

everyday Blood Pressure Monitor by Sinocare

This Blood pressure monitor is by sinocare. It is simple to use. The hardest part is getting the cuff in the right orientation and that was easy. The blood pressure monitor seems pretty accurate. I tested it against the one I have been using and it was spot on. This BP unit can monitor 2 users, store up to 90 readings with date & time stamps for each, and  displays the average of last 3 readings. It also has an irregular heartbeat detection.

I have high blood pressure and a fast heart beat. I take 2 different pills a day to keep me in reasonable rates. A good and accurate blood pressure monitor is important to me. I check my blood pressure at least once a day every day, so I need one that is accurate. This one seems to work very well for me. 

This is very easy to sue. Make sure the pressure tube is attached to the machine fully. Put the cuff on your arm, the left gives the most accurate readings according to my doctor. I adjust the cuff to where the tube coming off the cuff is about center to the bend of my arm. Sit back with your feet flat on the floor, I usually have my arm setting on the desk, then push the button.

It even talks to you. It tells you to sit still and do not talk when you start. Then when you are done it tells you your readings. There is a settings button so you can turn the voice off/on. You can also set the date and time. The LCD screen is back lit, and the readings are quite large and easy to read.

It takes 4 AA batteries that does not come with the machine. But any AA batteries should work. I honestly do not know how well rechargeable batteries would do though.

Compact for travel.The monitor is 4 1/2 inches long, 4 inches wide, and about 2 3/4 inches at its tallest point. I do wish this came with a carrying case.

If it does happen to break you will not have to worry about glass spraying all over. The plastic shield will keep it inside.

Now for the coolest part of this water bottle. You can personalize this bottle. There is a gab between the inner glass bottle and the outer plastic shield. Core CBD CBD Oil

I have severe nerve damage and pain in my right hand and arm. I have taken several of the medications like Gabapentin and Lyrica over the last 4 years and have had 3 surgeries. None of which have helped at all. The Lyrica made me a raving lunatic and even made me forget how to stop my car when I came to a stop sign. Luckily no one was with me or on the road.

 I think the worst part is when I lay down at night to go to sleep every night as I relax the never have a party and I have spend many nights setting in a chair since it seemed the pain was less. I also have a bit of insomnia so I don't sleep much as it is.

My daughter talked me into trying CBD oils. I do get some relief from the pain, it does not take it fully away but I have resigned myself to the fact that nothing ever will. But just hat bit of relief is amazing to me. I take the CBD at night and am able to get a good nights sleep. The pain dulls down to sometimes none and it lets me relax and sleep. There is no THC in this oil. THC gives me horrible anxiety attacks, so I am very happy with that.

I have only been using Core Brand for about a week and have noticed it is very good. It works better than some of the more expensive brands and a whole lot better than some of the other brands I have tried. And I have tried many brands.

This Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier by GENIANI is a great product. It holds 3 liters of water. With a full water tank and running on the lower speeds it can run for up to 24 hours. On the higher settings it can run up to 12 hours. The higher the speed the more cool air steam it puts out at once. The top where the steam comes out is easily turned to direct the steam in any direction. When the tank runs out of water it automatically shuts itself off so you don't have to worry about burning up the motor. The humidifier also has a night light feature. It has a blue LED light under the tank that puts out a soft glow great for a sick child's room at night. The nightlight can be turned off. One of my favorite things about this humidifier is it is totally silent. I can have it setting on the nightstand beside my head and it does not disturb me at all. The humidifier itself is very lightweight but when the tank is full it gets kind of heavy so you want to make sure it is in a place safe from children and pets knocking it over.

The tank is very easy to fill. It is just set onto the bottom motor compartment. To fill it just lift off the motor compartment, turn it upside down, unscrew the round lid, fill it from the kitchen tap, put the lid back on, flip it over, and set back onto the motor compartment.

Unlike a lot of diffusers and humidifiers Essential oils should not be put into the water.

I like that these are small, tan in color, and do not have writing on them. I also like that these are 3 day patches instead of changing every day. i did have a problem with them staying on for 3 days. I live in Florida and even int he house with the air conditioning running I am still sweating. I also put one on my shoulder area and my bra strap kept getting stuck in the patch and pulling it loose. So ladies don't put it in the bra strap area.

I have had no irritation problems and only a slight burning feeling at times so far, and a headache. I have only been using these a little over a week, so it is way to soon to honestly say whether these do work or not. I am still having cravings, but they have lessened the need for nicotine, I think a lot of the cravings has more to do with the habit of something to do with my hands more then anything. I wish someone could come up with a patch for that. I would love to be able to say I am a non smoker permanently. I have quit smoking a few times but it never sticks for long. The longest has been about a year and I was vaping then, so that really doesn't count. You also have to have a want to quit smoking for anything to work, and I do want to quit. I was given a #freesample of Estroven from Smiey360.com I thought maybe because I am getting older that some of the fatigue I have been feeling was due to the early signs of menopause.
