Sturdy, Heavy duty stainless steel, non slip handles, and I really love the plastic covers that go on when storing, can't tell you the times I have grated my own fingers on a grater shoved in a drawer. I got these at a huge discount for my honest review, and I am so glad I did, but would pay full price. They came in a nice box which would be great if you wanted to give them as a gift, and shipping was extremely fast.
