Another great book by Jonathon Vine. In this book he fully explains not only how to loose weight eating vegetarian but step by step how to improve your health. What you should eat and what foods you should avoid, and why.
Then he gets into the best part of the book. The recipes. The recipes in this book are so great, you won't really miss anything from your former diet. A lot of the recipes in this ook you will be happy to put on your table day after day whether you are dieting or not. The pictures of the dishes will have you starving and drooling. I have tried some of the recipes in thsi book and they are yummy.
