Nice armband, holds phone securely, and holds onto your arm securely with comfortable soft sided velcro. it has a slot at the top for the Iphone 4 and one at the bottom for the Iphone 5 and the touch headphone access. There is also a slot for you to put a car or house key so you don't have to have your key ring in your pocket. I am not a runner but I do walk a lot and also like to listen to audiobooks while working. This armband makes using my phone as a mp3 player so much easier since it is secure and not falling out of a pocket.
The packaging is great, it is certified frustration free, an it is. A small cardboard box held shut by 1 paper label, and the armband is inside in a zip top bag. I did get this in exchange for my honest review.
