This belt is very comfortable and actually does work at relieving stress and pain on your back. My daughter has a lot of lower back pain and she is a CNA, so she is using her back and on her feet almost the whole 9 hours she is at work. She says this belt is very comfortable to wear. She does not wear the belt the whole time she is at work. She actually take it off and on intermittently all night. When she is pulling on people she wears it when she is doing paperwork she takes it off.
It is self heating, but not like the waist shaper bands that make you sweat a lot. This also has magnets in it, which are great for stress relief.
It also has tourmaline stones. Now to a lot of people that means NOTHING right?
