This is a very nice pulse oximeter. It comes with everything you need. You get the meter, a neck strap, instruction manual, and even the 2 AAA batteries. My daughter is a CNA and took this meter to work to give it a full test. She says it works just as good if not faster then the high dollar ones at work. This one does not pinch your finger to hard either. The OLED screen also rotates with a push of the button on top of it with 4 rotation directions. The meter is spring loaded, it does not squeeze your finger to tightly, and only takes a few seconds to give your results. My daughter tested it out for accuracy while at work by using their meter and this one, and this one was spot on. This one also has a auto shut off mode which is great especially for her using it at work, she doesn't have to remember to shut it down while doing vitals on her patients. We have had a couple Pulse Oximeters and this one is the first one to that tells you if you are taking your SpO2 and Pulse Rate properly. It also has a Auditory alarm to warn you when your SpO2 and Pulse Rate are beyond set limits , Auditory Beeps for every detected pulse, and Adjustable brightness.
