I have used this for about a week, and it seems to be working. As for the warming sensation they tell you about, is a little shocking because warm is not quite the word I would use more like hot, but it goes away in 15 to 20 minutes, and you get used to it. I use it before work and my job is very physical so you can feel the sweat rolling. I also put it on at night after a shower and before bed.
This stuff will not help you loose weight but it does firm up loose flabby skin. I lost some weight recently and the skin has not caught up but this is helping it. Another thing this stuff is great for is messaging tired or sore muscles. Then that heat is awesome.
It has a very strong menthol scent, I can't say it is pleasant at least to me but I do not care for the menthol smell of anything.
I really love that the jar is sealed with a sticker showing the manufacture date and the expiration date.
