It s a 1 piece strap, It has adjustable loops at the end for easy taking out and putting in of your yoga mat. IT is virtually weightless. It is made of 100% reinforced cotton. IT will fit the thinner smaller mats or the larger thicker ones, and if you do yoga as a family you can roll the mats together and put them into the one strap. It is machine washable. No more bulky yoga bags.
