This is a very nice pulse oximeter. It comes with everything you need. You get the meter, a neck strap, a carrying case, instruction manual, and even the 2 AAA batteries.
My daughter is a CNA and took this meter to work to give it a full test. She says it works just as good if not faster then the high dollar ones at work. This one does not pinch your finger to hard either.
