This a great set of bunion pads and spacers. You get 2, one for each foot. They are made of silicone and are very soft and almost natural feeling against your toes. If you can handle flip flops between your toes then you can handle these. They are slim so you can wear them under any shoe, and even with pretty heals, you won't even be able to see them as long as they have at last a 1 inch toe strap. These are reusable, just wash them off in the sink with warm soapy water, or I put them in a small laundry bag and tossed them in the washer, I did not put them in the dryer though. My right foot is just starting to get the side bump by my big toe, so far it is not painful, but I am hoping by wearing these it will not get to that point. I did receive my set in exchange for my honest opinion.
