I really like this garlic press it is made of Grade A FDA approved sturdy 18/10 stainless steel and has a large bowl for the garlic clove. It leaves the garlic just large enough to get some flavor out of it unlike some garlic presses that just mash the juice out. The bowl will hold all of the skin for easy disposal. I am a from scratch cook and I only use fresh pressed garlic, I have had several garlic presses and I really like this one. This is dishwasher safe but hot soapy water works great. Being made of stainless steel, this garlic press will not rust or get weak at the joints and should last for many years.
I own several products from Kukpo and I love them all. All of their products seem to be very high quality and do exactly what they are described to do.
