This is a very nice Hand powered food processor, I have an electric one but it is big, bulky, heavy, and lots of pieces and parts. I also have a small electric one that kind of juices everything. Now that it is just my husband, my daughter, and myself instead of an army I don't really need to pull out the big one at dinner time, it is actually more trouble then it is worth, but with this one made by Kuuk, It is not huge, it doesn't weigh a ton, and is easily rinsed off with hot soapy water when I am finished. It is also dishwasher safe. It has 2 blades and a catching basket..
It's very light weight and compact, it stores easily in a cabinet or drawer. It is made of plastic with stainless steel blades,
I have other kitchen items by Kuuk and I love them all. They all seem to be very high quality products and do exactly what they are said to do.
