Very comfortable. Wish all my pants fit this comfortably. These have nice mount of stretch to them so bending, twisting, sitting and standing are all achieved in comfort. There is a great little pocket inside the front waist band for your phone, MP3, money, ID, or whatever you need. They are form fitting but do not squeeze. I put mine in the washer and the dryer they came out fine no shrinking or stretching at all. These do offer compression during walks or work outs. No more having to take sleeves with you and put them on. They are very stylish looking as well. I wear mine a lot not just while working out.
