I have a deviated septum and sinus problems, and I can rattle the windows with my snoring. My husband also rattles the windows. After 9 years he still wakes me up and I sometimes wake him up too. I lay on my right side facing the edge of the bed he lays on his right side snuggled to my back snoring in my ear. This snore strap helped him a lot, because I slept all night. I tried it and could not get to sleep with it. With my sinuses this just didn't work for me to wear it. But my husband is wearing it and I am loving it.
