Great mat. works well on the grill or in the oven. I am the person who should own stock in the aluminum foil companies I use so much of it. Nothing worse to me then trying to scrape off a ton of backed on gunk from my baking pans, and I also hate to scrape the grill. With these mats I can lay it on the grill and no more scraping. I also place them in the bottom of my cookie sheets. They are non stick folks!! Great for baking cookies on oven roasting meats. They are really easy to clean up after use, toss them in a sink of hot soapy water, they wash right off. I let them dry flat then store them rolled in a tube. After being rolled they will need a few minutes to rest, but if you toss them in a warm oven they flatten out very quickly. These are great and with 2 in a pack, one for the oven, one for the grill.
