I love the feel of the material of this hammock. It is a silky like material. This is a double hammock and comes with the straps included. Now days a lot of the hammocks sold do not have the straps with them, this one does. The purple is so vibrant and pretty and the black accents just makes the whole thing pop. I also love that the hammock folds up and fits into the attached drawstring pouch to keeps it secure and makes it very compact. The hammock measures 9' 10" long by 6' 6" wide and when folded into the pouch it is 6"x 8" and only weighs 18 ounces. This is great for hiking or camping. We like to take off wt spur of the moment, we dont always know where we will end up or what we will be going to do, so this hammock is going into the duffle bag in the back of the car along with out other spur of the moment gear.
