This cheese grater is so easy to use. It comes with 2 grater wheels one for fine and one for coarse. The blades are stainless steel. The grater system is made of plastic. Put the desired wheel in the drum opening from the side, attach the handle to it. The cheese, nuts, chocolate, whatever goes in the top by opening the green part of the handle. Then just turn the handle and walla.
This does great with hard or soft cheese. Did a great job on Asiago cheese. It is easy to clean I used hot soapy water, but it is fully dishwasher safe. This is a great item for anyone who enjoys cooking, and a time saver for anyone who wants to get in and out of the kitchen quickly.
