I love making potato straw for hamburgers. To hand cut them takes forever and they actually do not come out the way I like, this spiralizer makes them the right size and does it quickly. It also makes great zucchini noodles, julienne carrots, and more.And makes perfect potato slices for chips, and thin sliced carrots. One end julienne's one end makes thin slices.
