These are the easiest Water Balloon s I have ever used and I LOVE them!! We live in Florida and Water Balloon fights are a big part of a lot of our family get togethers. There are 148 Water Balloons already on these reusable 4 water balloon filling systems. Then you can buy the refill packs of 500 more water balloons. These water balloons are self sealing, so no more blistered sore fingers the next die from tieing all those water balloons. These have a tiny rubber band that does all the work for you. When you fill the water balloons they just pop right off and are ready to start throwing.
