This makes really beautiful butterflies for cakes, and so easily. If you can use a cookie cutter, you go this. Just roll out your sugar sheet or fondant, press the mold into it and gently pull it back out. Done in seconds. There are 2 sizes in the package, the larger one is 3 3/4 inches x 3 1/2 inches, the smaller one is about 2 1/2 x 2 1/2. These molds are made out of food grade plastic. You can toss these in the dishwasher. I am very happy with these molds. This also comes with a stylus for your touch screen devices.
