I absolutely love this baking mat. It takes a lot of the mental work out of baking. When rolling you can see how far to roll. It is non stick, I really love that. I hate making a perfect looking crust then it sticks to the mat and I have a huge mess. This actually was shipped with a round tube in the center of it, kind of like a pool noodle. I will be keeping this tube to wrap my mat at well as other around. I keeps all my mats rolled and in the cabinet, usually with the wrapped around my rolling pin. This mat is dishwasher safe but being non stick it only takes a few seconds in some hot soapy water then let air dry. We do a lot of baking around the holidays and this will be awesome this year. I bake all year long too so it will get tons of use.
