I am truly in love with these baking mats. They are the best I have ever used. I love that they came in a pack of 2. It is made of silicone and can actually be used a cookie sheet too. I love that it has the measurements. I love that it almost suctions itself to the counter or table so it does not slide around like my old one. I love that you can roll this up and store it, then when you take out to use it and unroll it, it lays flat. I used to have to drag out 4 coffee mugs to hold my old one down on the edges. There is really nothing about this mat I don't love. And it is non stick which also makes clean up easy. With my old mat I had to add extra flour and oil to the mat to keep it from sticking, and then once I have a beautiful crust made and rolled out perfectly that dang thing would stick to my old mat. That will not happen with this mat. These would make a great gift for the pastry chef in your life.
