This is a very nice and easy to use batter and mix system. Since I made the video, I retried it and if you add the liquid first, the dry ingredients do not stick in the bottom. This is so simple and easy pour your wet ingredients in pour your dry ingredients in, put the top on, hold it by the top and spin the crank. Then just squeeze the handle to dispense the batter. Makes great pancakes and Last night I made funnel cakes using it. I did not squeeze the handle all the way for the funnel cake. Clean up is a breeze, warm soapy water or the dishwasher.
