Deluxe Ceramic Knives Set -Raku Cutlery

I love these knives, I have been wanting a set of ceramic knives for a while now, and now I am wondering why I have waited. These knives are very sharp. They are light weight. They are by no means flimsy, they are very sturdy. I have so far chopped carrots which to me is on of the hardest veggies there is, and this made light work out of it. I have cut meat and it slices right through, no sawing needed. I love that they have the knife sleeves, these are very sharp. I would hate to stick my hand in a drawer and come out missing part of my finger. These knives never need sharpened. This set comes with a 5 inch and a 3 inch knife. These come in a very pretty box suitable for gift giving.
