These are great water balloons by Balloon Monsoon and so easy to work with. I really do not like the water balloons that have the little pills inside they only last a few minutes so you cannot fill them early. These Balloon Monsoon balloons can be filled early and you don't have to worry about the pills dissolving because these have tiny rubber bands. I will warn you your fingers are gonna be tired if you choose to fill all the balloons at once since you do have to feed the rubber bands on. They worked great though. Wish I could of gotten pictures of them being filled, but once on they fill in seconds.
