I love this really cool modern lamp. It is just awesome. It takes up very little room. It works with both the wall mount plug or you can plug it in to any USB port, and you have light. There are 3 levels of light, bright, medium, and low. This is perfect for my husband and I. He never sleeps past 5 AM I personally hate 5 AM so he struggles with a small flashlight when using his keyboard in the mornings so as not to wake me up with a light. The lamp he sets on low and it is bright enough for him to see whatever he needs to see and I get to stay asleep.
The lamp comes disassembled, you will need a phillips head screwdriver, there is a small screw that holds the pole to the top part where the light is, and larger screw under the base to connect the base to the pole. The center pole is about 12 inches long, the base is round and about 5 to 6 inches wide, the top bar where the light is, is about 12 inches long. The base is glass and heavy enough to keep a good balance on the lamp so it is not falling over. The top section is adjustable it has a ball end connection so you can point the light wherever you need it.
