I love essential oils. I have diffusers in every room of my house. I also have diffuser necklace I wear daily and a diffuser necklace hanging in my car. Essential oils are great for making things smell good but they also have health benefits.
This Inhale essential oil by Zi essentials is a blend of 6 different oils. They are Bay Laurel, Eucalyptus, Lemon, Peppermint, Ravensara, and Tea Tree. Some of these oils alone I do not care for like Tea Tree oil. But with the mixture, I do not really smell the tea tree oil. This has a different scent that I personally cannot describe. With the tea tree, peppermint, and Eucalyptus oils it really does help clear the sinuses and helps you breath better. Right now it is pollen season in Florida where I live and breathing is not easy with my allergies. I have been using this oil mainly at night in my bedroom diffuser and I am getting a better nights sleep.
This oil is 1100% pure therapeutic grade oil, which means it is great for use in diffusers, household cleaners, even on the skin, but should not be taken internally. For internal use you should find food grade oils. The oil comes in a amber glass bottle which helps protect the oil from harsh lighting. Light can cause oils to go rancid a lot quicker then it should. Oils should be kept in a cool dark place. I keep mine in the cabinet of my night stand. The bottle features hat is called a euro dripper. Oil comes out 1 drop at a time so you do not need eye droppers.
I really like this oil. The scent and the quality of it.
