This Breath again oil from Aviano Botanicals is a great blend of oils that will help with breathing. If you have a cold, stuffy head, or allergies a few drops of this in a diffuser will definitely help with breathing. It i a mix of Peppermint, Rosemary, Spearmint, Lemon, Eucalyptus and Lavender Essential Oils. All of which by themselves will help with breathing, but as a blend it is a super air starter. Great even for a sick child to help them breath during the night. Never fails when kids are sick they get worse at night, This will help not only them but you also to get some sleep. You can also put a few drops on a cotton ball and keep it in a zip top baggie while out and about. Great for having with me with my allergies.
This is 100% pure essential oils. It comes in a amber glass bottle which helps protect the oil from harsh lighting. Harsh lighting can spoil essential oils quickly. Oils should be stored in cool dark areas for best shelf life. The bottle has a screw on lid, inside it has what is called a euro dripper, it lets 1 drop at a time out of the bottle. It only takes a couple of drops of essential oils to fill a room with scent so this top is great.
