My husband has arthritis in both hands, he has been using this ball as well as others in the past. He really likes this ball. He likes pretty much everything about it, the size, the weight, the resistance, and the feel of it in general. I am awaiting carpal tunnel surgery and will be using this ball myself after the surgery to hopefully get strength back in my hand.My Doctor says I have severe carpal tunnel as well as cubital tunnel and will need a lot of work to get my right hand back to where it was if it ever does. They have already told me to get a ball like this, and who am I to not listen :). The ball does have a great feel to it, it is very soft feeling, it is a great size for my hands also, can't wait to get to use it myself. The ball & Hand Therapy Guide that comes with purchase is extremely useful.
