My Mom and brother are both needle dependent diabetics, so this Sharps container is great for them. The needle and syringe both fit perfectly in this container. It is perfect for both new and used needles when they are on the go. It is small enough to fit into a pocket, purse, briefcase, backpack, or any other way you care to tote it. It is so much safer then the little pouch they both have. Then when they get home they can pout it in their disposal container. This does say 1 use, but if you just shut it and don't lock it, it could be used again and again.
