I actually wanted this set for the wrist wraps. I have carpal tunnel in my right wrist and the beginning stages in my left wrist. I am awaiting surgery on my right wrist. The doctors are wanting to try to PT the left wrist, not very hopeful but willing to try. They want me to try and keep my wrist braced as much as possible and instead of using the brace they wanted me to try some wraps, since I do not need a lot of support. These wrist wraps fit very nicely on my wrist. They do offer support, not as much as a brace but a good bit. So far I am happy with these wraps. They are velcroed. These are 3 inches wide and 14 inches long,. They go around my wrist completely twice. These can be tossed in a wash machine.
The jump rope is great also. I love that it is adjustable. It is very light weight. The handles are kind of skinny but they are very easy to hold onto. The rope itself is a 10 foot steel cable coated in a very flexible PVC material. This sucker can really fly around. This whole set is great.
