This is really cute. It is a mat, that cones with a pen. The pen you fill with water. There is no ink involved. It is 36 X 26.5cm. Small enough for on the go fun. Because it is inkless, you don't have to worry about small children writing on seats or walls. The way it works is there are colors under the top layer of cloth. As you write on it it dampens he top layer and you can see the color below coming through like magic. Our little ones love it when we have appointments, long car rides, or just setting at home. Th only reason I gave it 4 stars was it came with permanent crease across the center from being folded in half. There is also a blackish line across the fold.
