Wow what a set. I personally love to dance, I don't know how to dance but I have fun trying. This set of DVD's is great even the kids can have a blast with this set in actually learning how to dance the correct way.
Dance is a great way to express yourself, it helps relieve stress, and also is a great way to work out. This DVD set is very easy to follow and will have you up and moving very quickly. This set covers 4 forms of dance: Salsa Dancing, Swing Dancing, Merengue, and Bachata. All of which are fun. I am not into ballroom dancing at all but Swing and Salsa are just plain fun.
