This little set is just adorable for newborn photography. Or if you just want to make your baby girl frilly. It fits lie a 0 to 6 month size. The headband will fit larger babies also. The one I received is in a light teal color. The little tutu is very full. It is a single piece of elastic and has no fasteners. There is nothing I can see about the headband or the tutu that would scratch or be uncomfortable to baby. There was a slight smell to this when it arrived. I hand washed it and hung it to dry and it looked fine afterwards.
