I really love this potato masher by Kukpo. I have a couple tator mashers and they both have the handle that runs up the middle. The handle on this one is so much easier to use then the old fashion kind. I am a from scratch cook and like my mashed potatoes kind of chunky that you only get with a manual masher. This is made with stainless steel with a plastic non slip handle. With this masher it just seems liek it goes through the potato so much easier then with the center handle. its easier on my hand too.
