I have to admit I had to do some research to understand why company would make and sell these strips. I know you need to keep good PH levels in swimming pools and hot tubs in order to help the chemicals work for keeping your water clean. Well now I know it is the same concept, instead of chemicals keeping water clean, PH levels in your body helps fight diseases like type 2 diabetes, heart disease and obesity, and also linked to improvements in memory and cognition, reduced pain and lower risk of hypertension and stroke. So it is important to check your PH Levels.
These strips are very easy to use. They come in a plastic case. pull one out and either hold it under your urine stream, or you can spit into a spoon and test via your saliva. You should not put the strip into your mouth. Either way it takes 15 seconds for the strip to produce your results. On the back of the plastic case it has all of the colors listed and the numbers.
