These really do keep your hands safe from the heat. They are about an Extra Large Size so if you have real small hands you might want to practice with them before going into the heat. They are made from Silicone. They are very flexible. You can also open jars with these. They grip very well. They are dishwasher safe also for easy cleaning. Please watch my video review.
