I really like the fact that I don't have to take a pill, I HATE PILLS!! The taste is not horrible which is a definite plus. The product comes in a amber glass bottle with a eyedropper. You take 20 ML in the morning and 20 and night, by squeezing it under your tongue, not quite a fuller droppers worth. It does curb my appetite and I do not get jittery. The shipping was really fast, the bottle comes wrapped in bubble wrap, it does not come in a box. The instructions printed on it are clear, no guess work.
