Chia seeds are considered a superfood. The Aztec's prized them higher then gold. During Mayan and Aztec times these tiny black and white seeds were used as a energy booster.
These are 100% gluten free and 100% vegan, There are 2 servings per package which equal to about 14 grams, 1/2 ounce, or about 3 tablespoons, which ever way you want to measure them. You add these to your favorite food or drink. They do not need to be cooked. They have kind of a nutty flavor, but it is a very light taste, when mixed with food or drink you don't really taste anything at all. They are about the size of kiwi seeds.
The Aztec Gold chia seeds are naturally farmed in the mountain region of Jalisco Mexico, and they use their own special way of cleaning the seeds, so you don't get any garbage just good seeds.
