This is a great waist trimmer. It is very comfortable to wear. I actually like this type better then the hooks and eyes. This one velcro's around you. The velcro is so much more adjustable and easier to put on then the hook and eye type. I have carpal tunnel in both wrists and cubital tunnel in my elbows so pretty much doing anything tedious with my hands is out of the question at the minute. This one I can put on with out the embarrassment of having to ask my husband or daughter for help, or doing art and having to rest my hands to finish getting it closed. This waist cincher is also very comfortable to wear. It gives you an instant hour glass shape. The best part is you can still breath while wearing it. you d not have to cinch it real tight to get that hour glass.
It is also great for back pain. In the back of the cincher there are 4 reinforced acrylic bones that keep your back straight. Plus the wide elastic band around the outside of the cincher helps with back pain also.
