The envy spiral slicer was given to me at a huge discount in exchange for my honest review.
This came to me with the spiral slicer, a lid, a cleaning brush, and a pull string bag to store it all in. I made spiral carrots to add to salad. It was actually really easy to use. Put the carrot in either end and twist. When it gets smaller use the cap that has pin like pieces sticking out to grab your veggie. If you continue to twist you will get long spirals that will go through the whole veggie. I also made spiral potato fries to put on top of Hamburgers. Huge potatoes will not work so pull out your whole bag to find the ones that will fit in the approx. 2 inch wide whole. this can go in a dishwasher but rinsing it in warm soapy water works great. It's actually kind of fun making the veggie spirals and figuring out how to use them in your recipes.
