I love this super cute hummingbird mobile. It is solar and has color changing LED lights. The base is all made of metal the hummingbird is clear plastic.
The cage spins around and is so pretty in the sunlight. At night the Humming bird lights up and rotates through different colors. There are no batteries or electricity needed since it is solar. The sun charges the batteries inside to make the hummingbird light up. It is summer in Florida it gets dark around 9 PM and light around 6:30 AM, the humming bird stays lit all night long even on a cloudy day. There is a power switch to turn the lights off and on, I personally will not be using this switch. It is just beautiful at night all lit up.
The whole thing is weatherproof so I don't have to worry about the light or the any part of the mobile without frequent rain storms during the summer.
ives you about 2 extra inches of length from where ever you hang it.
The are actually 2 hangers on the top of the mobile. One is attached to the base and stays on the other is a clip on hook which gives you about 2 extra inches in length.
