This is my first time using a cupping massage kit, so I cannot compare it to others. But I can say it seems to do the trick. I have a spot on my leg that give me a lot of pain. I used the larger of the cups on it and it did seem to ease the pain some. This is simple to use. Choose the size that is right for the area that is giving pain place it on the area and pinch the top while holding it down on the area to get suction. You do not need to leave it on long and you can do several quick suctions to get the blood flowing to the area of pain. These are a silicone cup. They are easy to squeeze. These can be rinsed off in warm soapy water to be cleaned. There are 5 assorted sizes in the set and they come ina nice drawstring bag. The cups stack together as a space saver.
