Exiled from her realm, living with the Black Widow Curse, Spirit Guide is at the whims of the dark one and a dark witch.  Fairy Nymphs may help and a high demon has grown tired of the politics.

Will she break her curse with her twin soul?

Excerpt:

In the empty
space above the center of the table a heat emerged and with it a face that
appeared through the smoke and flames that engulfed the space above the
table.  The demon did not make a total
appearance but almost appeared as though he was checking a part of himself
through from his own realm.  “Oh, dark
sister, you call upon me. What do you wish to know from the dark places I only
know?”  the demon asked.
“Oh, dark one,
hear my plea. I beg of you to unveil the workings of the curse on Meridian!”
Raina shouted out.
The demon
answered Raina, with ease. “The curse bestowed on the once-spirit guide is The
Black Widow curse, and one that only a dark one can cast.  A dark one born of a demon with powers for
only the dark with a heart of black.”
“Dark one, I am
in your debt. We understand, on the surface, who has cast this curse on
Meridian.  We now need to understand how
we may find a way to break this curse,” Raina spoke to the demon.
The demon gave
his answer in riddle form.
The being whose
work is dark can only be stopped with the twin soul.
The being you seek is hard to hold.
Spirit guides who engage with a mortal are not
pure of heart in that act, but in the face of true love all remains
intact.
Meridian does
not trust herself in her choice.
She will not
listen to her inner voice.
So many can
enter her mind, her greatest challenge in the true find.
The demon
disappeared and was gone from sight.

Interview with MD Fryson
Do your characters seem to hijack the story or do you feel like you have the reigns of the story?
I feel like I have the reigns of my stories, I sometimes feel that with the way it is set, that maybe some characters deserve a little more exposure than others, however, through the series there are characters who come in and out.
Convince us why you feel your book is a must read.
How many books have you heard of that have a spirit come to be a human instead of the other way around?  This book has a lot of elements to add. There are different realms, places on Earth and the characters are comprised of Witches, Fairies, Spirits and Demons. Despite all different they all play a role in the story central to the plot.  Not to mention there is a romance involved where a simple human young man has no idea what he is involved with when he finally meets the Meridian in the flesh so to speak. In addition, the human boy has no idea who he really is.
Have you written any other books that are not published?  Yes! One is complete and will release in September of 2019. ‘Fairy Nymphs & The Demon Court.’  I am over half way complete to the fourth and final book in this series and my outline for the next series is complete and I will start writing soon.
Pen or type writer or computer?  Both. Pen for ideas and notes in my journal and computer to get those ideas translated into the story.
Anything you would like to say to your readers and fans?
If you get a chance to read the book, I hope you find that there is a little something for you within the pages and you find one of my favorite characters, Lahash, the demon from the high court a favorite anti hero that he has become through the books.  He is introduced in ‘Black Widow Curse & The Coven’ specifically and becomes very instrumental in terms of major events though out the series. Of course, a reader would have to appreciate a sophisticated demon who is really a snob with an attitude. I think I appreciate him the most, because he is who he is, makes no apologies and doesn’t hide it.  Other characters in the book always know where they stand with him.

Of course, my favorite character is Aiden!  He will always be my favorite because his character was inspired my husband right down to his physical features, music choice and a small part of his background and how he grew up.  The only thing in the story that isn’t real is my husband wasn’t raised by his grandparents like Aiden is in the book. Everything else is him and in the book trailer readers can see a picture of him taken when he was 18.    Thanks for playing along!
