I am a adult coloring book addict. I really enjoy de-stressing with a coloring book. I also am a doodler. While setting at my desk on the phone I doodle on anything and everything. Having one of these books around saves things I may need in the future. There is no phone numbers that the 0's have not been colored in, no envelopes that does not have letters colored in.
I have other coloring books with birds, fish, and things like that. This book has really cool pictures from like the Flower Power 60's. I love the pictures. It also has an assortment of very easy to color pictures to ones that will take a long time to color everything in. It is a paper back book. It is bound in the center and not a lay flat book, That is my only complaint about the book. You can copy the pages with a printer and save your book. My Daughter works at a rehab center and she copies these pictures for her residents to work on during activities time and when the more alert residents are bored. So everyone makes out with this book.
